Welcome to Happy Trip Travels. By accessing our website or using our travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Company Information

Happy Trip Travels (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a travel service provider offering tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and related travel services.


2. Use of Website
  • The content on this website is for general information purposes only.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any unlawful activity.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.


3. Booking & Payments
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices may change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.

  • Payments once made are subject to cancellation policies.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked (tour, hotel, transport, etc.).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Service charges, taxes, and third-party fees may be non-refundable.


5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passports, visas, and travel documents.

  • Happy Trip Travels is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by missing or incorrect documents.


6. Changes & Amendments
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries, routes, accommodation, or transportation due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, strikes, or operational issues.

  • Any additional cost arising from such changes shall be borne by the customer.


7. Limitation of Liability

Happy Trip Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience during travel

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures

  • Service failures caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators)


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Happy Trip Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


9. Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party services.


10. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.


12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.


13.Agreement Between Happy Trip Travels and Guest
  • Hotel Check in time in India 1200 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs. Early Check in and late checkout subject to availability.
  • Hotel Check in time in International 0200 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs. Early Check in and late checkout subject to availability.
  • Any  member of your group may change/cancel their tour/ trip/ travel /hotel booking / air ticket at any time by writing a notification or an  e-mail has to be send to travel expert who made the booking in Happytiptravels
  • Final day wise itinerary can only be modified by Happytiptravels to accommodate all cost inclusions and commitments by Happytiptravelsin best possible way.
  • Happytiptravels will not be responsible for any delay/amendment of any flight/routing by airline which is sole discretion of respective airlines or any nature disaster.
  • We will try our best to make the changes requested by you free of cost but some any how its not possible , in that case applicant has to pay  changes charges according to hotel or airlines policy with our service fees.

            Payment Policy and Terms:

  • You need to pay 30% now to reserve your trip.
  • You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking or deposit cash to our bank accounts or can do NEFT and IMPS.
  • In case any hotel is sold out post booking we shall provide you similar hotels (hotels with same star rating and equivalent Trip Advisor Rating)
  • Happytriptravels is not responsible for any changes in trip arising because of unforeseen circumstances (weather, flight delays or cancellations, natural calamity etc.) which is beyond our control and all costs arising out of it will be borne by the customer.
14.Package Cancellation Policy:

If cancellations are made 45 or more days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

 If cancellations are made 45-30 days before the start date of the trip, 35% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

 If cancellations are made within 30-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

 If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases ,we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

100% cancelation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.

In case of Lockdown Covid, will provide a credit note which a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of Credit Note. In such Sinario revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.

15.Visa polices:
  1. Happytriptravels may not liable for any refunds or adjustments with regard to rescheduling of flights in case of visa not issued by Singapore Embassy or any destination Embassy (for any reasons) before the travelling date and no refunds or adjustments might be made against land part arrangements.
  2. Visa processing is handled by third party company and Happytriptravels is responsible only for forwarding the requisite documents to company.

Happytriptravels is not responsible of late receivables of requisite documents to Visa processing company due to any reasons and same should be taken care by client in a timely frame manner. Happytriptravels is not responsible in case the visa process is delayed due to late submission of documents.
